First off I want to thank you Victoria ! My case were rocky in the beginning I had a different attorney and Every time I came to court I felt hopeless, only hearing bad news and walked out devastated not knowing if I’ll be away from my kids … Some how they end up giving my case to Ms. Clemans ! From the second she was my attorney she told me nothing but positive things and told me how she’s going to fight this and I won’t be disappointed ! She communicated well with me and was very thorough with what she needed to know and what she needed from me. There was never a time she didn’t answer my call ! Long story short ! She did the impossible !!! She got my case dismissed and I’m sooooo sooo thankful ! I don’t know how she did it Because before she was on my case they never said nothing good ! Just bad news every court date !! but my second court date with Ms.Clemans appearance she got it DISMISSED !! She is a fighter and she don’t treat her clients just as a “case number or last name “ She Does everything in her ability to fight for what she promised. you won’t be disappointed

Ms. Clemans listened to my situation and then explained what can and will happen in court. When it was time to appear in court she was very professional and the very thing she said would happen did in my favor. (Understanding that every case is different) I was very happy to have he representing me. She spoke with me before going to court and then after court.
The judge treated her with respect.

After a terrible misunderstanding and unjust apprehension, I was lost at what to do and who to go to. My research began online and Victoria Clemans was the first to come up. I read her excellent reviews on Avvo and other websites and didn’t have to look any further. From the first phone call I was treated with the utmost respect and was given the attention I was looking for and needed. Victoria called me directly within a few short minutes after calling her office. I have not heard of other lawyers doing that! Excellent customer service! I felt relieved after just speaking with her. I felt she cared and was more than willing to help. From day 1, I had trust in Vicki. She encouraged me to go to trial, and she has the confidence to go to trial. Although I was kind of scared, she kept pushing me saying she had spent a lot of time going over 1000 pages of discovery. She knows how to fight. The DA got scared, and they ended up dismissing the case after a 6 month battle. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome, that’s the best we can get! Case dismissed!

In my experience Ms. Clemans was excellent. We worked with Clemans for 3 months and although judge decided to violate him, she went out of her way and put a lot of effort into this case including private investigators and now she is working on a probation appeal. I highly recommend Victoria Clemans!

Ms. Clemans was not only an AMAZING lawyer, she’s a goddamn hero. Not to go too much into details, but I was at the wrong place at the wrong time–trying to help out a friend with her family issues and it went south real quick. Was facing heavy heavy charges (felony) and Ms.Clemans got my case dismissed! Saved me from jail time! PRAISE THE LORD!
